Ma alcuni, fidati, \u00e8 meglio evitarli a tutti i costi.<br>Soprattutto se li hai gi\u00e0 visti fare da altri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In questo articolo ti racconto <strong>tre errori gravi che ho commesso personalmente<\/strong> nel corso della mia carriera. Errori che mi sono costati tempo, soldi e notti insonni.<br>Spero che leggerli ti aiuti a non ripeterli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Sbagliare il timing: avere ragione troppo presto\u2026 \u00e8 come avere torto<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In inglese lo chiamano <em>timing<\/em>. E nel lavoro, come nello sport, <strong>il momento in cui agisci \u00e8 tutto<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Magari hai un\u2019idea brillante, una visione chiara di dove andr\u00e0 il mercato.<br>Ma se la lanci troppo presto, quando nessuno \u00e8 pronto a recepirla, <strong>rischi di bruciarti<\/strong>.<br>Ci sono passato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc <strong>Esempio reale:<\/strong> quando ho lanciato la mia prima social media agency, era l\u2019epoca dei blog e Facebook era appena nato. Avevo intuito che le aziende sarebbero arrivate l\u00ec. Ma era troppo presto. Nessuno voleva pubblicare contenuti in mezzo a commenti pubblici e troll. Risultato? L\u2019idea buona, ma <strong>non ha funzionato<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udd01 <strong>Lezione:<\/strong> chiediti sempre <em>\u201cperch\u00e9 dovrebbe funzionare adesso, non tra cinque anni?\u201d<\/em><br>L&#8217;innovazione \u00e8 importante. Ma <strong>essere troppo avanti pu\u00f2 essere un freno, non un vantaggio.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Sopravvalutare l\u2019idea e sottovalutare l\u2019esecuzione<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Avere una buona idea non basta. Serve portarla a terra bene. E questa \u00e8 forse <strong>la trappola pi\u00f9 comune per chi \u00e8 creativo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anche io, per anni, ero convinto che bastasse una grande intuizione. Invece no.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc <strong>Esempio reale:<\/strong> avevo creato una piattaforma per eventi online (Super Summit) molto prima che Zoom e le conferenze digitali diventassero mainstream. L\u2019idea era solida, il mercato sarebbe arrivato. Ma <strong>l\u2019esecuzione \u00e8 stata pessima<\/strong>: processi poco chiari, struttura fragile, team non allineato. E la cosa non \u00e8 mai decollata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udd01 <strong>Lezione:<\/strong> le idee valgono pochissimo senza una messa in pratica concreta, costante, solida.<br>L\u2019idea \u00e8 lo 0.1%. Il resto \u00e8 <strong>disciplina, processo, squadra e coraggio di perseverare<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Scegliere i soci sbagliati<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fare impresa da soli \u00e8 difficile. Ma farla <strong>con i partner sbagliati pu\u00f2 essere disastroso<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nel corso degli anni ho avuto soci giusti e soci sbagliati. Con alcuni \u00e8 andata male. Con altri \u00e8 finita proprio malissimo. Perch\u00e9? Perch\u00e9 <strong>non avevo fatto abbastanza attenzione prima di iniziare<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc <strong>Esempio reale:<\/strong> spesso sceglievo soci per simpatia, o perch\u00e9 ci trovavamo d\u2019accordo al bar. Ma poi, quando si trattava di gestire clienti, pagare fatture o affrontare crisi, emergevano differenze insanabili. E se non avevi messo tutto nero su bianco prima, era un incubo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udd01 <strong>Lezione:<\/strong> scegli i soci come se stessi scegliendo un partner per la vita. Fai domande scomode prima:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cosa faremo se le cose vanno male?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Come prendiamo le decisioni?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cosa succede se uno di noi vuole uscire?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>E soprattutto: <strong>non sottovalutare mai la compatibilit\u00e0 caratteriale nei momenti di stress.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In sintesi: gli errori non mancheranno, ma questi tre puoi evitarli<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Riassumendo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Non basta avere <strong>una buona idea<\/strong>: serve anche <strong>il momento giusto<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Non basta partire: serve <strong>portare a termine con cura<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Non basta andare d\u2019accordo: serve <strong>condividere valori, visione e responsabilit\u00e0<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tutti abbiamo fatto errori (io per primo).
